Return Policy

RETURNS

NO returns, exchanges only with receipt. If you order the wrong size or color, we will gladly exchange the product for the correct size or desired color as long as the original item is returned in new or like new condition. ALL customized or personalized items are final sale. 

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We do allow exchanges for unused merchandise. You must contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will provide instructions on how to proceed with an exchange. Send us an email at info@southlifesupplyco.com and please include your order number.

 

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-5 business days for order preparation.

Orders are shipped using Flat Rate shipping and usually arrive within 1-5 business days unless otherwise specified.

You can expect a notification with a tracking link as soon as UPS picks your order up.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
